Silicon Valley Healthcare Innovation Leadership Week Application

Dear Perspective Candidate,

Thank you for your recent interest in our Silicon Valley Innovation Leadership Program.

Please read below for more information tuition, lodging, etc. and on how to apply.

Tuition

If you are participating in the special Healthcare Executive Track through Yuhang Capital, please sign up directly through Yuhang Capital. Contact Lin Su at HIP@yuhangcapital.com. This track offers special networking events and covers all lodging, transportation, translation and meal costs.

 

Please inquire CITRIS for the general program pricing, and Yuhang Capital for the special China executive program pricing. Many companies provide reimbursement for this type of program.  For more details on the number of units, course number, etc., please email Keith Gatto at kgatto@berkeley.edu.

Application Process

To apply for the next session, Fall 2019 (October 28 – November 1) to be held on the UC Berkeley campus and in Silicon Valley:

 

  1. Please fill out the application below.
  2. The deadline for applying is August 31, 2019. Final decisions on acceptance will be sent via email on a rolling admissions basis until October 10th. If you are signing up the special China Healthcare Executive Track with Yuhang Capital, please contact Yuhang Capital directly to register. Contact Lin Su at HIP@yuhangcapital.com
  3. Following acceptance by CITRIS/SCET management, candidates will be asked to complete final registration forms and make payment to the UC Berkeley College of Engineering Executive Education Program. If you are applying through Yuhang Capital, please note that payment will go to them.
