We have built a multi-level AI-tutor named Bumblebee capable of providing personalized content feedback instantaneously to students. We have embedded Bumblebee into a novel, problem-based AP Calculus course that uses real-world industry problems to teach fundamental AP Calculus principles. Initial tests indicate that Bumblebee answers questions 86% faster than Khan Academy or reaching out to teachers (2019). Bumblebee’s current build is likely an order of magnitude higher than this due to significant progress since then. Using Bumblebee, students increased scores by an average 41% in 4 days. Average day-over-day improvement was 14% after the first day and 34% after the second day.
