Thank you for your interest in the 2018 Berkeley Startup Survey drawing. This sweepstakes drawing is only open to California participants. Up to 12 winners will be chosen using a random number generator from a database of respondents. Eligible entrants will have voluntarily completed the contact information question and submitted their survey before the survey closes at 11:00pm PDT on April 18, 2018. No additional survey responses are required for sweepstakes entry. Respondents who provide contact information will also be subscribed to the Berkeley Startup Cluster mailing list, from which they can self-unsubscribe any time.
The prize drawing will be held on April 20, 2018. They survey opens on March 1, 2018. No single prize shall exceed $200 in value. Entrants are responsible for any taxes that may result from winning.
