We have built a data processing engine for automated recognition of property listings from marketing flyers sent between brokers via email. This provides us with a stream of up-to-date data on properties. While current listings platforms like Zillow and LoopNet have hundreds of thousands of property listings, our data processing engine will allow us to achieve a similar volume of property listings with much less effort than is typically required to create a large database of listings.
