About the Speaker
Joe Wyatt is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at WilmerHale. He focuses his practice on the representation of emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and investment banks. His practice includes general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and SEC regulatory matters. Joe graduated from UC Berkeley in 1993.
